With summer starting to roll in, what better way to start off our ‘I Heart Granola’ recipes, then with these delicious yoghurt pops ice lollies – enjoy!
I Heart Granola Strawberry Yoghurt Pops
Makes 2 lollies
- 200ml Yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp. *I Heart Granola, Cocoa-Nut Affair
- 2 Sliced Strawberries
- Layer yoghurt and granola in your lolly mould, finishing off with a layer of Granola
- Place lolly sticks into each ice lolly and freeze
- To demould, warm the mould on the outside with warm water for 10 -15 sec
