Banana Sushi with Granola

This Banana Sushi is so simple… but all the best things are 🙂

Banana Sushi

Instructions

  • Slice the banana into thick pieces
  • Place the pieces onto a plate in the freezer for about 25 minutes until firm
  • Remove from the freezer and drizzle the banana pieces with the tahini / nut butter
  • Sprinkle with your favourite I Heart Granola flavour
  • Store in the deep freeze (long term)/ fridge (short term) – that’s if you haven’t devoured them at this point 🙂
